Former US President Donald Trump decided not to accept the invitation of Volodymyr Zelenskyy to visit Ukraine and see for himself that it was impossible to agree on an early end to the war with Russia.

Source: Trump in a comment to the American television channel Newsmax, as reported by European Pravda

Quote: “I have great respect for President Zelenskyy, but think it would be inappropriate to go to Ukraine at this time. The Biden administration is currently dealing with him, and I would not want to create a conflict of interest,” Trump said in his comment.

In an interview with NBC, which was broadcast the day before, Volodymyr Zelenskyy invited Trump, who promised he would end the war between Russia and Ukraine in one day if he were re-elected as US president, to visit Ukraine.

In an earlier interview, Zelenskyy called on Trump to share his peace plan for ending the war in Ukraine.

The former US president has repeatedly said that he has a “plan” to ensure peace in Ukraine within 24 hours if he becomes president once again.

  2. Conflict is only in his head.

Do the right thing or be a dick? Mushroom dick everytime.

  3. Soon, dope on a rope. He’s so stupid, he doesn’t understand the concept “conflicts of interest.”

  4. >**due to ”conflict of interests”**

Well I’ll be damned. That’s the first honest thing Trump has ever said.

  5. This is probably a bullshit answer, but it’s the right call. Can’t have someone running for office go out and do pseudo presidential visits. One president at a time.

  6. It doesn’t matter, trump doesn’t matter, Biden doesn’t matter, even congress and the senate don’t matter….. This war presents an opportunity that CANNOT be overlooked, just like Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan were for the Russians. Let’s not forget who armed who in those conflicts. Ak 47s rolled off Russians production lines, rpgs from Russian used against western troops. Russia did a really good job bleeding us in those instances. It did. Not one can deny it. The collective west came out of all of what with a bloody nose. Now Russia did the strategic mistake. We need to make them pay for it. So it doesn’t matter what trump or Biden say. What matters is the unbridled opportunity of bringing Russia to its knees. Every weapons manufacturer, every weapons researcher and tester. Russia has made a massive mistake, it believed, along with China I think, that the west was too divided. Too fragmented to make a serious attempt to uphold the current system. Since the overthrowing of ghaddafi Putin has been scared. And he put in place a plan to squeeze the west, with chinas help. Let’s show him his mistake in Ukraine!

  7. Trump the wanna be dictator. He wants to be putin or Kim but he can’t.

I hope he rot in jail.

  8. Did anyone of y’all even read the article
