Preempting the chorus of “no shit” redditors whose legal approach would be to gesture broadly at the world as evidence, this is in response to Trump’s legal team asking J6 removal from the indictments.
Smith’s team:

Trump lied to his supporters, called them to Washington on J6, sent them to the Capitol where they perpetrated a violent insurrection on the basis of Trump’s lie.
This isn’t hard. No lie, no J6.

That Trump–upstanding citizen and devout Christian–is responsible for Jan 6.
Or that Biden–senile and incompetent — masterminded this whole witch hunt DOJ attack on his political rival. After rigging the 2020 election.

This guy thinks his current trial is bad. That’s just the one that hurts his ego. I’d bet they only get worse when they involve the crimes against the country while president.
The moment Trump is found guilty is the day we will have to protect him so he may snitch on the rest. I say one week after he is put in a cell where he is without bronzer, no Big Mac sauce, and no golfing he will start jonesing and scratching. He will rat out everyone unless his allies cancel him.

He knew there were people with guns and other weapons outside the secured area where he was speaking, but wanted them let in anyway–because he wanted a bigger crowd. And then he told them to march to the Capitol.
Pretty easy to see this. Put his fat ass in Jail.

Trump is responsible for many things.
We cant afford another Trump term nor can we afford Republicans gaining more power.
There are a number of important elections happening today, in Virginia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio and Pennsylvania and across the country. There’s gonna be a lot of super close races out there tomorrow. We will need to mobilize every single voter and volunteer over the next year to prevent America becoming a christofascist dictatorship.
Get involved in getting out the vote by phonebanking, textbanking, or (if you are in locations where elections are happening) knock on doors to get out the vote!
