The planning system is broken and we are all paying the price. It has been weaponised by the corrupt and those who don’t want change.
Our leaders are complicit either through incompetence or active malice.
I’m not big into law. Does the parties being named mean that this is pretty serious for all involved? Rightly so if the claims by the developer are true.
