Pubs are for dogs. Cats can go to a café.
A pub is never improved by having an animal in it. I believe this about dogs too, they’re all much happier at home.
I love a pub cat. Or a shop cat. Or a cafe cat. Or dog. Floofy things make my day immeasurably better. Whenever someone brings their dog into the pub or onto the bus it just massively improves my day.
