3. It made a difference, when black and white movies of former wars were first colourized and then replaced by colour film. War came closer to the spectators back home. Later we got embedded journalists and realistic war movies made in Hollywood. Now we get almost live drone clips, and the first ones even in HD. It changes the picture we have of war. And yet, nothing compared to being there on the ground, when the shells hit next to you. War stays a hard to grasp experience. I wish all the Ukrainians the best for coping with these experiences, we can never truely understand. No matter what the next step of documentation will be.
