I come from Brazil to help my dear compatriots find the origin of one of the most popular memes in my country, the infamous “[Atumalaca](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QY1oH4lmCkc)”, as we call it here in Brazil.
As some of you fellows said in Youtube, it seems to be from a radio, where the commentators inhale helium gas and start laughing. Can you guys help me find the origin of this meme and help millions of Brazilians sleep peacefully?
