Apple told EU regulators it has three browsers, all called Safari

  2. It’s so funny seing american companies struggling to understand/use European regulation. They seem to be so used to the american idea that they can do anything because they’re rich lol. In Sweden we are currently having strikes and all the trade unions boycotting Tesla because they refuse to enter agrements with them…

  4. This should be a simple test. If it is the same browser then the source code should be able to directly compile for any of the targets platforms.

    If reusing a lot of code makes them the same browser, then I suppose one could argue that Chrome, Safari and Edge are all the same browser. As Chrome and Edge use the same engine that was developed from Safari’s webkit.

  5. And lets not forget that basically every browser on iOS is safari with a skin applied because of apple’s anti competitive rules
