When the judge is communicating with the court reporter, he is probably telling her to jot down his observations of guilt while listening to Trump’s testimony. She is taking his notes. Donald Trump thinks he’s winning but he is toast
He looked like he was going to cry when he walked out of the court room, and refused to talk to reporters. Trump was a shade of red orange I haven’t seen since he was flush with covid.
That’s as legal as using a gun to get a permanent loan.

There is no strategy. Just like when he was President he just said and did whatever popped into his stupid mind at the moment and everyone had to scramble and pretend that was the plan all along.

Numbers don’t lie. That’s why his lawyers have very little to defend themselves with other than attacking the judge and making a mockery out of the trial
But I’ve been doing this same thing for years and never been caught before… oops
Being that he didn’t *have* to testify AND the fact that if he didn’t, didn’t honestly matter because the judge could have *assumed* that this was true without his testimony….being that he has already been found that he committed fraud…..does this actually change how the case was gonna go?
I don’t think so.
All of this being said, he still may be the next president. Ugh
But they want a mistrial over the judges ethics. lol
