  3. Isn’t waving a white flag one of the requirements specified to being seen as a civilian fleeing the situation? I vaguely remember that when they shot a car that people claimed could have been terrorists as they weren’t waving a white flag..

  6. The irony when it takes actions from ‘The Oppressor’ to allow civilians to flee from ‘The Oppressed’ who were oppressing and blocking their own people.

    Reminder that 250k + Israelis were forced into evacuation due to the continuous rocket launches – this is normal in war times and something civilians have always had to endure throughout various wars.

    These civilians are honestly trapped, I can only imagine how horrible it is living in the current situation where your own government uses you as shields to gain worldwide anger against Israel while at the same time having their homes and livelihoods bombed. I can only hope that once Israel clears out the Cancer, they can repeat 2005 in a different way – freedom is only possible without Hamas and Iran instigating terrorism and unrest constantly.

    If we’re going to stay stuck in the 1940s and arguing whose land it was 1000 years ago etc then this situation will continue to remain unsolved for decades to come.

It took a month, several missile campaigns, bombing a previous civilian corridor, a lot of excess death, destruction of a mosque, an infinite amount of excuses, and pressure from the US for Israel to open up civilian corridor and now people are clapping for Israel doing the absolute bare minimum of conflict decorum and obeying international law something they have failed to do so often that when they do comply it is newsworthy.
