  1. Mould. Throw it into a volcano. There’s a chance it may damage the material though.

  2. You should pre soak in white distilled vinegar before washing, and add baking soda on the stains and brush them in before the washing cycle on high temp. good luck! if these have been there for a long time then it can be permanent without special products for stain removal.

  3. I know times are tough but this is one of those times where you just give up and buy a new one

  4. Find the reason it got mould on it, could be a leak in your house.

  5. I’ve got rid of mould stains by pouring neat bleach over them and leaving to soak for a couple of days.

  6. I’m a thrifty person. But I will absolutely throw away linnen if it contains mould or bugs.

  7. That’s mould.

Needs to be washed at 300deg C in a fire pit along with the logs.

  8. We’ve had an absolute shit tonne of mould in our flat over the past year, landlord won’t do anything about it because the lease states that all mould is the tenant’s problem, had to throw away well over £1,500 worth of clothes, shoes, and furniture because of it.

  9. That’s mould baby!

Get it burnt. You can try anti-fungals but it’s probably too far in.

  10. I’ve soaked similar in strong bleach solution and that’s worked

  11. Bleach the fuck out of it and hang it outside in the sun for a day or so. Good luck

  12. Good sized tortilla. You trying to make the world’s biggest burrito?

  13. I would try a Borax substitute. Bucket of warm water, or in the washer if you have a soak option.. soak in laundry detergent + borax substitute for at least half an hour. Wear gloves and shake the curtains up and down in the solution. You should be able to see if the mildew spots are lightening.

This looks like a significant damp problem in the wall or windows. Look for the source if you own the home. Get a dehumidifier whether you own or rent. And now you need to go on a hunt. If this damage was anywhere other than where the curtains hung over the glass portion of a window, you have mould/mildew growing elsewhere in that area too. Look under and behind furniture nearby for example.

  14. Try the same with a product called killrock mould remover, it’ll work better than bleach did..
You can get it for like 2 quid in B&M!

  15. At first glance I thought this was a close-up of a Tortilla and now my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

  16. As far as I know, there isn’t anything you can do about this besides from replacing the whole thing.
