After the dawn if civilization… so might be possible. With CSV/DP it will rather be torn to the ground, filled with highstack buildings (that promoters can sell for a lot) and one remaining historic road as “museum-attraction”. The whole being surrounded by the new build “bunkers”, that are white or depressing grey Lego-brick look alike houses for the rich to live.
