  1. > Other users were quick to notice the disappearance of the account. “Looks like the MSM Monitor has been censored. Must have been irritating the UK State. Unionists own Twitter. Just like they own all other media”, one user wrote.

Lol. It certainly does attract the moonhowlers.

  2. Firstly, it’s called X more, and secondly, I think we all know who owns it

  3. Fascism is reading its ugly head once again. Once you have All Far aright opinions on all social media with nothing speaking out against it, it makes fascist opinions look normal

The fact they left 9f their own volition is an own goal and plays into the facists hands

  4. Couldn’t even abbreviate “mainstream media” correctly.

  5. It’s inevitable that lots of pro indy activists are giving up now that independence is not happening.

It doesn’t have to be a sinister plot

  6. I guess I’ll need to look elsewhere to find out when a BBC Scotland presenter says the name of an SNP politician with a slightly sad tone of voice.

  7. Reached the limit of talking pure bullshit. Not sure how an account posting so much misinformation lasted so long anyway.

  8. It’s a damn shame, that account had years and years worth of clips/evidence of BBC Scotland’s problematic coverage.

You’ll get the usual suspects jeering at this, and even I didn’t agree with their analysis 100% of the time but they really were a valuable voice in Scottish Politics

    > Followers have been wondering if the disappearance is attached to the SNP’s overdue rebuttal unit.

    > The SNP’s depute leader told delegates at SNP conference in Aberdeen on October 16 that the party’s rebuttal unit, aimed at correcting falsehoods about independence in the media, would launch in the next week.

    > Three weeks later and there has been no output from the new party project.

I wonder if there’s anything to this? It doesn’t seem entirely unlikely given the wording on their farewell message:

    > “We think this Twitter account has run its course. There’s a limit to what can be achieved on this platform, and we think we’ve reached that limit.”

  9. Wave definitely broke but also twitter is dying slowly but surely. Never used the damm thing myself like.
