This is a very strange story.
Starts by making reference to a man.

I don’t ask that in “wink wink” type way. It’s an odd statement about very odd behaviour.
Given the men are Asian people will reference the grooming scandal, but this would be odd even in that context.
If it was one man you could chalk it up to mental illness. It’s a group. So, you can’t.
