I am considering to buy a buy from Kajakk og Fritidd and this one had a big sale because of Black November. But as you can see, the price was for 9,990 for some time before it was jacked up to 15,990 just before the November “sale”.
Are stores allowed to do that?

Short story, yes. As long as they raise the price at least 30 days before the “sale”.
