Annan Villiliha ([https://villiliha.fi](https://villiliha.fi)) had nice dry aged beef and they cut it in custom size (“American thickness”) when I asked. They often have other meats (like reindeer) and game available as well. However, I’d call in advance.

K-Supermarket Mustapekka in Käpylä is worth a visit.
Go to the kauppahalli in Hakaniemi… There’s a solid butcher there, they also have drugged beef and sometimes even dry aged burgers
