Absolutely ridiculous technical. They should just give a little more detailed instructions and a little more time and then it would be worthwhile. All those ingredients wasted. Grr.

Why does everyone always have to ruin everything with orange and pistachio, objectively the worst flavours.
One of these days I’m going to eat decent meringue and probably enjoy it. I just get flashbacks to my granny serving up the dry hard stuff from the supermarket which wasn’t that nice.
