Pretty sure they didn’t invent Jersey barriers and they are used all over to protect bike lanes.

Boulder calls them “tall curbs“, but as someone else said, they look like jersey barriers. I assume Boulder staff are not dummies, so I wonder what is the difference between a jersey barrier and a “tall curb”?
