I saw an advertisement for renting an Apartment by immoscout and as the price was really good for that area sent a request asking them for having a besichtigungstermin.. the day after she directly sent an email to me claiming that she had to leave Germany and the rest which i attached here,
then i asked her if there would be any chance for visiting the apartment and she sent me the second email which i found really weird.. showed it to my friends and she thought it can be a fraud too
So is it? And if yes should i inform police?

Read the first two links on that Wiki page, particularly the second one. Count how many of the scam markers listed there appear in your messages.

Realistically, informing the police won’t do anything. That scammer most likely isn’t even in Europe. They’re definitely not German, what with the Google Translate (when a message jumps between “du” und “Sie”, that’s an immediate givewaway for Google Translate, by the way).

  2. lol Besides the usual red flags this is so unrealistic. The apartment is furnitured but you can also rent it unfurnitured? So they won’t come from Madrid to hand over the keys, but they will of course empty the whole apartment and sell or store the furniture just for you rather than find another tenant?
