Most of them are negative (which I would expect given their terrible service) but the positive ones most of the time recommend an employee at their store. Not to mention that they know store employees with their names AND surnames! Plus, such reviews seem so chatGPT-like.
What the heck is going on? Are they that desperate to save their reputation?

Wow borderline pathetic! Since the names are mentioned probably its not kotsovolos doing it but the employees? So weird indeed screaming desperation.
Seems like typical Greek business ethics that border on bazar business practices – implying a complete lack of said ethics.
Company has just been sold for 200 million so I guess they ate trying to fix some PR issues as well as trying to not get some people fired
