The 09:14 and 09:22 got cancelled and no staff informed, and of course TFL status reckons this is “Good service”, even though it almost doubles the length of my commute to work (Ealing to White City)

If it’s any consolation, you should get refunded for the journey automatically, or if not [don’t forget to claim](https://tfl.gov.uk/fares/refunds-and-replacements/tube-and-dlr-delays).
Your refund request will be rejected as the line will say good service. You need to ring them up and challenge the rejection.
