I wish more people thought about how this would work prior to voting. A government loan office can work in Texas, as showcases by the Texas Water Development Board. But they are making loans to municipal level groups in smaller denominations. ERCOT has never run a system like this. It’s going to giant companies that shouldn’t need incentives and have higher default risk overall
