If its in use as a pub then they should be paying full commercial rates and the annual license fee. Something tells me they probably aren’t.
Shouldn’t the owner of this dump also be charged rates for a derelict building?
So blatant like. Would you not even paint it or at least make it look like it could still be in use?
When?
It’s been closed months if not years. It’s not operating as a pub unless it’s a lock in all the time – it’s supposed to be knocked anyway to make room for Apartments

I love drinking there. The Blhose is my favorite pub.

Relax guys they don’t mean they serve alcohol there, just that this clearly derelict building is available for any member of the public who wants to break in and squat there.
