The SP4U Mobile Clinic brings medical care to people living near the front line by connecting them to doctors with [telehelpukraine.org](https://telehelpukraine.org) via Starlink. Sometimes patients need further care. This is our Clinic Director Seema taking 4 patients to Kharkiv for further examination.
In the last 90 days the Clinic saw 622 patients and evacuated 45 who needed further care. We do all of this on an operating budget of $1,000 a week which is covering the medication, fuel, vehicle maintenance, medical equipment, and food for patients while traveling.
We have more people to help, especially as winter sets in and we need to get winter tires for vehicles and make sure people have proper medication to get through the season.
