This is a VERY niche question. I am going to London in 3 weeks for my 25th birthday. I have a super cute & expensive outfit I want to wear and replicate a photo like the one attached.
In the city, can people drop restaurants, bars, stores with ELEGANT restrooms?
Preferably single restrooms as I will be traveling with my BF & he will be my photographer.

The Fist and Hammer in Bethnal Green
Avoid the Sun Tavern in Bethnal Green, although it’s one of my favorites bars and has an iconic bathroom, it’s the opposite 🤣. As I suspect many others are, so be careful 😊
For a true iconic bathroom, try Sushi Samba on Bishops Gate, which means you have a few to chose from in a small area.

Went to a Pernod Ricard event at The Bacchanalia a few weeks ago. The toilets there were piping in an oral history of the fall of the Roman Empire and the urinals were giant stone lion’s mouths

Bob Bob Ricard restaurant has much better bathrooms than that picture and you can just go in and ask to be seated at the bar.
