  1. 22 calls to the Welsh language line each day.

Surely it’s easy to offer a bilingual service using one number and retain a small amount of Welsh language staff to service demand?

    Stupid decision.

  2. 99% of Welsh speakers will be English speakers also so don’t see the point here?
This is my life hack by the way with any company! The Welsh language line is always a shorter cue than the English! That’s as long as you can speak Welsh of course!

  3. As an English person who loves visiting Wales, I’m always tempted to press the Cymraeg button on the cash machines but I never do in case I mess up and lose my card!
