The damage seems pretty minor. Took out the bridge and is definitely a war crime for targeting civilians. Several other photos, but not full resolution.

As per international law Russia dosen’t have a legal blockade on Ukrainian port this is just terrorism. They would need ships near the coast to enforce it, and tell the world its conditions and search incoming ships for military hardware. Not that any country cares about this anyway.
From what I know Ukraine attack only transport ships supplying RU. Attacking civilian ship is something different. I’m sure we ll see some russian cargoships hit it retaliation.
It is strange decision from RU to escalate on black see as clearly they suck in modern sea warfare.
I wouldn’t be so quick to accuse russia, especially since the truth may backfire once again.
I mean, it’s not the first time when they get accused without proof, only for it to turn out that the accusers were at fault.
