A country that is even more homophobic than Russia shouldn’t be anywhere near the EU
Isnt Georgia located in Asia? Might as well change the name to Eurasian Union.

Great news for Armenia too, considering that we are surrounded by Putin’s close friends at the moment and the current government is trying very hard to leave the Russian sphere of influence and join the Western camp.

As someone who doesn’t know anything about this stuff how big of a deal is this? For some reason i think it’s not as big as people here are making it out to be, so ELI5?
We can not include more countries if EU doesn’t change the veto rules, because every new country, is a potentialy blacmailer, and those under the Puti’s influence can make EU stall.

I urge eu com to remember how many russian refugees georgia took in.
Georgia was a bro country a few years back. Lately its actions have been completely opposite of what one would expect from an european country.
Why not wait and get Georgia and Armenia together? One small 3-4 million population country, as compared to an allied 8 million.
