  1. Sure throw a tax on it and they’ll be all for it.

Is anyone shocked that this crowd would be against this?

We should be building another terminal and increasing our international connectivity.

  2. Absolutely right, the last thing we need is to increase the number of flights. The cap needs to stay right where it is for now and if anything, be reduced in the near future

  3. If only the Greens parents had hit back when they started talking shite as kids maybe we wouldnt have to put up with their nonsense today.

  4. Yes a island nation really needs to limit the most direct way to travel to to and from the island

  5. We are a fucking island. What do they want people to do. Fly to England and boat across to us. Get a grip.

  6. The population of Ireland and Dublin is set to increase so lifting the passenger cap is going to happen. Air travel release large amounts of CO2 so does sea travel. But if travel in and out of Ireland becomes more difficult it will start to affect the economy badly, I wonder how the Green Party votes will hold up if that happens?

  7. Sure as long as they get to fly business class everywhere to hell with the rest of us.

Still trying to get my head round Eamon Ryan being one of the wealthiest TDs in the country, €2.3mn, I mean that’s a lot of window boxes to sell

  8. The Greens are utter dimwits. How many much needed public infrastructre projects have they torpedoed in the past few years? They seem intent on reverting us to a nation of dirt roads serviced by horse and carts.
