Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley called Vivek Ramaswamy “scum” after he brought up the fact that her adult daughter has a TikTok account despite Haley calling for a ban on the app. The remark Wednesday at the third GOP presidential debate punctuated one of several heated exchanges during the two GOP rivals.
When asked how to get TikTok if he bans it as president, Ramaswamy said that despite Haley “making fun of him” in the last debate for joining the app, her own daughter was on it. He then added “so you might want to take care of your family first.”
Haley then responded, telling Ramaswamy to “leave my daughter out of your voice.”
Lets be clear about this: Ramaswamy is just there to promote himself. He has no hope of winning.

She missed the point. He wasn’t commenting on her daughter. He was commenting on her parenting.
