   But being serious, is he stupid? Everyone is crawling, being low and he is the only one sitting making him a target out of 5 guys. Maybe he’ll get better luck next time.

6. Seems the RF soldiers were trying to ambush an Ukrainian position with the third soldier about to ready a hand grenade when they came under attack.

   It’s beyond my comprehension how they expect a daytime attack without concealment (*smoke screen…*) and covering element to have any chance of success…

   Ukrainian soldiers are known to set up fake fighting/shelter positions in “no mans land” (*contested “grey zone”*) in order to attract Russian combat recon sorties, this could be one such event.
