do we have any update on the DWP court case that disability groups brought against the government? The DWP refused to give the extra £20 a week to disabled people & JSA claimants. But they gave that £20 a week to *UC* claimants.
Whatever the original intent, it will be used as tool to issue sanctions. Too autistic to engage even though the work coach provided a quiet room and magnifying glass? That’s a sanction.
