That might explain the consistent 1000+ numbers of lost personnel in recent days.
Cluster munitions and human wave attacks do not mix well.
I’m thinking this “infantry” are a bunch of alcoholic conscripts that were given 3 days training and an old SKS.
Large losses sure but deepstate is showing almost daily territory gains for russia. Seems like just a matter of time before avdiivka falls and probably kupiansk as well.

Am i the only one who is worried here ? That sounds like Bakhmut all over again.
Of course they are using large amounts of drones and infantry. Armor is too visible easily targeted. RU is using the materiel it has, bodies and drones. The long term costs be damned.
Where UA is dug in, they are much safer picking off attackers. Of RU wants to deplete its forces, that works for UA over the long term.
