I saw alot of theese bushes in southern Norge on my visit in summer.
Can anyone give me the name of this plant? It was everywhere on the rocky parts of the beaches.

Hard to say, there are roughly two dozen species of salix in Norway they grow in almost all climate zones and most are bush sized. If I were to guess I’d say salix cinerea, or gråselje.
