Wait… OK no, my mind went somewhere else when I read “explosive dogs” 😅
Remember reading story years ago about military dogs used by the US Army in Iraq and Afghanistan that were retired when they got back, then re-homed and adopted by a civilian family.
They suffered the same PTSD that GIs did. One German Shepherd shook and hid under the bed when sudden loud noises were made, like a pan being dropped on the floor. The family was able to get the dog rehabilitated and adjusted back to normal life with professional trainer help.
Funny how people are still more sensitive towards animals in wars where people are dying by the hundreds daily.

Just to clarify that’s
Exploives dog, Not Exploding dog.
That’s a Russian thing.
I had to read that one again
Glad I’m not the only one.
