Nothing is going to happen politically before Monday, other than a lot of huffing and puffing, but if there’s one iota of trouble tomorrow, she’s going to claim vindication, and Scotland Yard are going to find themselves in an invidious position.
I know nothing will come of it but my fingers are crossed
All seems a bit silly really, the people protesting are asking for an armistice on armistice day. Sounds like a sensible time to hold such an event They aren’t protesting on remembrance day which is the Sunday as the media is reporting.
Edit: just for clarity not saying I’m on either side it’s a terrible situation with no clear answers. I just feel that telling people they can’t protest to ask for an armistice on armistice day is a little contradictory.
I’m in two minds about this. On the one hand, having this evil Sauron-wannabe out of the cabinet and away from making important decisions can only be a good thing. On the other, some are saying she *wants* to be sacked so she can make a bid for PM down the line, which is a terrifying thought.
Do we tolerate her now and risk her doing even more terrible things while in government, or do we hope she’s got rid of post-haste but risk enough flag-shagging spite-garglers actually putting her in control of the *entire country?*
She should’ve been sacked long ago. So spiteful and full of hate. Vile woman.
We are going to sack Sunak soon. Nobody hired him except some Tory toffs third hand. His days in number 10 are wearing thin.
He won’t he’s too weak and this is what Tory members want
This is the problem when foreigners are forced to integrate,if they choose the extreme right to integrate with they become the fuel for the next generation of intolerants.
AND her stance on poor people surely? Are we just forgetting what she said?
How can a true Buddhist stir up so much hatred between people.
She was right though, seems a lot of media is pushing the sack angle very hard to avoid talking about the contents of the article too hard
She wants to be sacked in order to position herself for the next leadership contest of the Cons…
Of all the things she’s said and done, it’s weird that this is what might get rid of her but 🤷♂️at least she might be going
More uproar over her than the people protesting and calling for jihad .
The calling for her to be fired, seems to be partisan!
She’s trying to get sacked.
She’s coming out with ever more authoritarian stances to position herself as a hard-line candidate for the election, if Rishi sacks her for saying stuff that the Right of the party agrees with them she can paint Rishi as a “woke centrist” or some such nonsense and it burnishes her hard-line credentials.
Well she’s an utter scumbag and deplorable human being, who should’ve been sacked a long time ago.
One way or another her days are numbered, because when that election comes and the Tories lose, she’ll be out on her ass anyway.
He needs to deselect her so she can’t stand as a conservative or as leader in opposition. As much as it will keep the tories out for generations if she does become leader it’s not worth it. As leader of the opposition she’ll have the power to control debate in parliament. So she’ll ask Starmer absolute waffle during PMQs that’ll be really decisive and dangerous.
Suella is the ONLY Tory MP with balls in the current parliament.
She doesnt give a shit about the current government. She is preparing for leader of opposition role. If Sunak sacks her, that gives her the pitch to start off on immediately. If he doesnt, and then inevitably loses the election, she will pitch herself as the next leader of the right.
Anyone else shocked by the yougov poll putting support of a ban for the March on Saturday at 50%? I can’t find the poll itself so if anyone has a link plz let me see
If she goes then she’ll only be the first of this cabinet to go. Another collapsed Tory government before the election would be beautiful
And just like a Pokémon evolution, the next Home Secretary will be even more powerful (and a much bigger cunt)
Why are people protesting in London about a religious war 4000 miles away?

What do they want the British to do about it?
