We looked at a house in 2020 two streets over which was in great condition and asking 800,000 or so.
I guess it’s an expensive area, and more so now than in 2020 but this really doesn’t seem discounted enough to justify the expense and hassle of a full renovation to make it livable

With prices of labourers what they are at the moment, it will take a lot more than £300k to do that place up. I’d be lowballing that by an incredible amount…

Paint it white and rent it out as an HMO with all windows painted shut. 1500pcm for each room. Problem solved
My GF is a developer and we checked out this property. The articles we read were wholly accurate. However, nobody mentioned the dead pigeon in the doorstep. It was hard to omit from report . Haha
‘Fixer upper’ doesn’t even begin to describe this monstrosity.
They are targeting house flippers. This will sell for sure in Wimbledon.
