1. OK I think a little explanation is needed here and I try to keep it simple:

   You are biologically a man, which means you have testicles that produce testosterone, among other things. Testosterone is a pro-hormone, fulfills itself also tasks, but is finally aromatized estradiol (an estrogen) or reduced to dihydrotestosterone (an androgen). Dihydrotestosterone or DHT is very important for a man’s body, it acts virilizing and is finally what makes you a man. Unfortunately, DHT has the disadvantage of damaging the hair follicles in the long term and leading to hair loss. Some men are more susceptible, others less. OK of course there are medications that can change the process of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (5 alpha reductase inhibitors), but this also means that you are interfering with your hormone balance and are “less of a man than you used to be”.

   Tl;dr There is nothing you can do to stop hair loss without serious side effects. The only thing you can do is transplant hair, which in turn will be attacked by your own body. Save your money, who ever says something different is a scammer.
