If you don’t want to iron/have access to an iron I suggest just hanging it in the bathroom, close the door, put on running warm water to steam up your bathroom = Creases gone.

Yeah iron it but turn the jersey inside out first!
A lot of people saying iron it but be careful with the decals. Either turn it inside out or put a thin towel over it so you don’t melt the plastic.

Don’t ever iron it or use the tumble dryer, the creases will just fall out naturally with normal use. Run it through a cool, short wash and just hang it out to dry, if you want
You don’t, they are made to have those creases and fold marks
