A good, thick Kerry accent gets all the women weak at the knees.
I’d defo ride the shite out of a Scottish accent before someone with RP.
Scouse is a rotten accent
What’s a British Isles?
*twitches*
The Eire
I got a lot of positive comments on my accent when in England and travelling usually from brits
So many things wrong with this image
Nice to win but we shouldn’t have been entered.
So there are 10 accents on the island of Great Britain and just 2 on the island of Ireland?
They’ve never even heard of Louth have they, nevermind the accent 😬
I’m surprised at how unattractive they found the Glaswegian accent. I’d say it’s the best out of them all. I also like the West Country accent, it has a lovely musical quality to it.
Ahh the soft lilting tones of some crackhead on the banks of the Liffey.
Just goes to show the British dont give a fuck about the 6 counties
They should have put junkie accent. It’s surprisingly similar across the world
there is like 50 different accents in the south of ireland lmfao
This irritates me generally but I know so many people by who find Highland Scots veeerrrrry attractive and it doesn’t get a look in?
Having lived in greater Manchester and worked in Liverpool that is not wrong though
We’re not really actually apart of the British Isles though.
Anglo-Celtic isles, these isles, Atlantic archipelago…. many alternatives to the “British”isles have been provided…. also how is Glasgow the only accent in Scotland?
Has anyone told Donegal they’re in “Southern” Ireland
We’re all rides WAHEY!
Where to start with this… ‘southern Ireland’? the ‘british Isles’? Or the fact that they see us as once accent whilst noting the different English accents when Irish accents are as distinct from one another as they are?
Disgrace Joe
I’m more annoyed about the southern Irish. We are the Republic of Ireland.

“Southern” Irish could be subdivided into about 26 different accents.
There’s about 70 completely separate accents in the Republic but the Brits just hear one Diddlely Eye Begorrah Sure
It shouldn’t, but it does really wind me up.
It’s almost as if they were trying to generate outrage and digital engagement.
[“Southern Ireland, which for a long time had a shrinking population largely due to emigration…”](https://yougov.co.uk/topics/lifestyle/articles-reports/2014/12/09/accent-map2)
Was it just emigration though, YouGov? [Was it?](https://am23.mediaite.com/tms/cnt/uploads/2019/08/thor-ragnarok-is-he-though-squint-banner-1200×898.jpg)
