  3. It’s “Guilty by Social Media until proven innocent.” nowadays. The Gardai don’t handle these things well enough, there should be absolute secrecy and shitehawks like Virgin Media news should be told to fuck off back to Jackeenland.

    Thought it was a very good move at the time from the Gardaí to come out and publicly exonerate him. Showed an awareness for the situation the fuck up had put him and his family in.

  12. How did his name end up in the public sphere? They said during the trial that it was a garda who thought that the description of Puska sounded similar to Radu, who he knew for whatever reasons

    I’m not saying the gard was wrong to put him forward as a suspect, I don’t think they had much to go on at the time and they’re better off eliminating him as a suspect at that stage if they can

    But he wasn’t charged with anything so his name shouldn’t have been public record. Was it someone local who knew him and put his name online? Or was it someone more official who was leaking stuff they shouldn’t have?

    Did he have priors or was associated with or was seen with the murdered lady ,no idea just wondering why they suspected him?
