They sell some sprays specifically for it. I found some options just by googling “mould remover”. The one I have is basically bleach and it works.
There are mold remover sprays in the shops where you buy household chemicals.
But better ask the house owner to send a professional. It’s up to the owner to fix such problems, normally.
