This has been widely known since/before the pandemic and in no way is exclusive to gen z
It’s funny because older people are the ones who told us to stop trying to create collective change, and just stick to individualist solutions like finding a new job that pays more…
…and now they’re angry we actually listened.
Essentially, they just want us to work as hard as we can, for as little as possible, and to just stop complaining about it.
I truly have no respect for people without any concept of class solidarity.
