  5. The laws of war are quite clear on this. For the length of time that a hospital or civilian structure is being used for military purposes, that building loses its protected status. It is a completely legal target to hit. Hamas does not care one bit about the people it represents and claims to fight for.

    Both Israel and Hamas have shown to be manipulators, liars and NO ONE has been “clean” in this situation.

    Maybe Hamas has RPGs in the hospital. I just don’t know. I’d have to hear it from a better source than IDF. I don’t trust either of them.

    PS: Before you start….. this doesn’t make me a “Hama apologist” for all love. They are hateful terrorists and have done some horrendous things. But IDF is not clean either.

    PS2: I’ve lived through A LOT of wars (I was born the year the US entered WWII) and have seen this kind of shit a LOT.

    One of the most advanced militaries couldn’t have moved in to neutralize 2 guys with RPGs? They can see them from an aerial view… And these guys were close enough to damage a tank.. But setting up snipers was never an option.
