I voted for her four times. 2012, 2014, and 2016, as my US Rep for AZ-6, and again in 2018 for the Senate. I will *never* vote for her again. She took my support and used it to betray what I stand for. I have never been more disappointed in my vote. Here’s hoping Gallego mops the floor with both her and Lake next November.
Maybe Joe Manchin can ask his friends at No Labels to find a job for her like he did for Roy Blunt.

I don’t think this article captures the real reason for this; she didn’t just leave the party, she did a blatant betrayal of her constituents. The only explanation is she pretended to have a number of beliefs to get elected but all along intended to betray them so she could get rich quick.
That’s a very particular form of betrayal that no one really wants to support. The Democrats, of course not, and the Republicans, they probably don’t even see her as a useful tool to have in the race to pull votes from another Dem candidate.
