What assets do Ruzzia have in the Baltic Sea or Ports….. Hmmmm, Kaliningrad and St Petersburg. With plenty of Naval assets in order to achieve this even clandestinely…
Although its far from certain that Ruzzia carried out the attack (although they are the likely culprit), it’s many times more likely than Ukraine!
