Unit 669 is one of the best if not the best medevac in my opinion, amazing gear, grueling and never ending training, high combat ability, everything and everyone about that unit just works perfectly and they save more lives than imaginable
Ok but where is the combat footage?
669 are the elites among elites, gods among men.
Full time doctors/medics, full time commandos. Not a single group of people I’d rather save my ass if I ever need SAR.
