  1. Been up there many times…*The Graves of the Leinstermen* on the slopes of the Arra Mountains overlooking Lough Derg in Tipperary is well worth a visit, there’s a great walking trail as well.

  2. Also check out the famine museum is strokestown.. displays letters from poor old souls whom had to board the Coffin ships.. some made the slog while others perished..

  3. Where on the Galtees is this? I’ve been up a good few times and honestly completely missed this several times. I must read more about this

    BTW “did you know” the “soup pots” were at the top of hills. Let your imagine figure out why!
