I found these forms in my father’s belongings. He has died, so I can’t ask him what they were and he never taught me to read Latvian. Could someone help me and tell me what these forms are, so I know whether they are important or garbage? Thanks so much!

Very shortly it’s an invitation from the court to come and see the will of the deceased and use his rights to appeal or accept it.
Second page is a document saying the court has accepted the will as lawful and end the court case.
Sounds like routine things if a person leaves a will behind. Cant really read what the cursive is.
