Raw sewage floods and waiting 27 years for repairs… The state of social housing in London is shameful

1. Successive national British governments have a short term mindset to a long term issue that needs long-term investment over the years. That’s why housing stock in England is not meeting the demands.

   This can be resolved over time if the government, with private landlords/ladies, housing associations and council landlords. If they’re willing to work together on this….then everyone can be happy or at peace of mind.

   At the moment I can’t see it happening because….private landlords/ladies only see money 💰 (I know they’re not a charity, but also they lack morals)

   Social landlords are just corrupt (not all, but a large few) and council landlords should know better.
