We are planning to buy a place to live in Vlaanderen and we found a small house that we like a lot. However, we realised that one of the bedrooms has the ceiling which is just 210 cm high (all other rooms are OK). According to [https://www.vlaanderen.be/woningkwaliteitsnormen/minimale-grootte-van-een-woning](https://www.vlaanderen.be/woningkwaliteitsnormen/minimale-grootte-van-een-woning) the minimum height is 220 cm, but I’m not sure if that makes the whole house inhabitable.
I suppose it may be a problem if you want to rent that place, but is it a problem from an insurance / legal point of view if you live there?
Thanks in advance!
